Marina Mairos has a diverse work experience, starting in 2015 with an internship in content marketing at Descomplica. Marina then worked as a digital performance intern at Kindle Agency in 2016. In 2017, they returned to Descomplica as a content marketing assistant. Marina then gained significant experience at Descomplica, where they held various customer experience roles. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a user comms analyst and later became a customer experience supervisor from 2020 to 2021. Marina'smost recent role at Descomplica was as a customer experience coordinator, where they led strategic initiatives and managed a team of supervisors and consultants. Currently, Marina is working as a customer success specialist at Conta Simples, starting in 2023. Throughout their career, Marina has demonstrated expertise in customer experience management, onboarding, engagement, user comms, and implementing internal processes for the department. Marina has also been involved in managing CX and EX projects and conducting executive presentations.
