Rafael Justino

Rafael Justino has a wealth of experience in the tech and product management industries. In 2006, they began their career as an English language instructor at British & American. In 2007, they were promoted to Project Coordinator at CRE8 Brazil. In 2010, they joined todo! as a Requirements Analyst and Software Quality Assurance Analyst. In 2012, they became a Product Owner at Flexy Negócios Digitais. In 2013, they were a Customer Relationship Manager at OnCast. In 2014, they started at Resultados Digitais as an Associate Product Manager, Channel Acquisition Manager, Channel Development Agent, and Channel Acquisition Agent. In 2019, they were a Product Manager for Transactional Fraud and Product Manager in Fraud Prevention at Nubank. In 2020, they were the Head of Product Management at Octadesk. In 2021, they became a Product Lead at Hotmart, and in 2022, they were a Group Product Manager for Banking Services at Conta Simples.

Rafael Justino completed their Major in Information Systems from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Technical degree in Information Systems from Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Santa Catarina in 2004.
