Michael Stevens

Michael Stevens has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Michael began their career at Mighty River Power as a Rotokawa Field Manager in 2014, where they worked until 2021. Michael then joined Mercury as a Rotokawa Geothermal Field Manager, where they worked from 2015 to 2021. In 2021, they joined Contact Energy Ltd as the Head of Project delivery, and later became the Head of Generation Geothermal in 2022.

Michael Stevens has a post-graduate diploma in management studies from The University of Waikato. Additionally, they attended Rotorua Boys High School, although no degree or field of study information was provided for this period.
