Naveen Kumar is an experienced data science and operations professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Global Data Science Manager at ContactPoint 360 since October 2022, Naveen has previously held various roles at [24]7.ai from September 2011 to October 2022, including Assistant Operations Manager and Team Lead, where responsibilities involved managing daily challenges for a team of 18 agents.
