Carl Winegardner

Carl Winegardner has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Carl started their career in 2011 as a Sales Executive at Cox Communications, where they worked with small to medium-sized businesses as a telecommunications consultant. Carl then moved on to Century Link Communications in 2012, where they served as a Senior Regional Account Manager, revitalizing outside sales and managing a base of customers.

In 2013, Carl joined GoDaddy as a Customer Development team member, responsible for making outbound calls to existing clients and providing technical support while selling new products and services. Carl later worked at Shopgate Inc. as a Team Lead Manager, leading a team and contributing to its success.

In 2015, Carl joined Applied Satellite Technology Ltd as an Account Executive, providing satellite communication services and expert advice to customers. Carl then worked as a Marketing Manager at Leverage Mobile 360, specializing in eCommerce solutions.

From 2017 to 2021, Carl had various roles at Varsity Tutors, including Educational Director, Client Director, and International Client Director and Team Lead. Carl managed clients worldwide, optimized international business processes, and achieved excellent performance results.

In 2022, Carl ventured into entrepreneurship and established their own business as a Personal Trainer and Online Fitness Coach. Carl specializes in weight loss and a holistic approach to whole health.

Currently, Carl is employed at SmartFinancial as a National Account Manager, responsible for managing accounts and driving revenue. Carl also serves as a Team Lead, providing guidance and support to the team. Additionally, Carl has served in the Arizona Army National Guard as an 11B Light Infantry Soldier since 2006.

Carl Winegardner attended Mesa Community College from 2010 to 2013 and earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science. Carl also obtained an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice during the same period.
