Tate Kale has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Tate started their career with Shell in 1998 as a Drilling Engineer, where they worked on offshore and deepwater projects as well as the Pinedale-Green River Basin. Tate then joined XTO Energy in 2004, where they served as a Drilling Engineer in the Haynesville region before becoming a Drilling Manager in the Permian Basin. In 2013, Tate became the Operations Engineering Manager in the Permian Basin for XTO Energy. In 2015, they moved to ExxonMobil as the Reservoir Engineering Manager for the Bakken and Rockies region, and later became the Development Manager for Argentina Unconventional. Currently, Tate holds the position of Vice President of Development at Contango Oil & Gas Company.
