Natalie Shaw

Natalie Shaw is a seasoned content designer with significant experience across various organizations. Currently a Content Designer at Stripe since August 2024 and a Course Facilitator at Content Design London, Natalie has contributed expertise in developing and teaching content design courses. Previously, as Content Design Lead at ZOE, Natalie established the content design practice focused on health analysis through microbiome and blood response tracking. Other roles include providing peer advisory at Delib, delivering content design for the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, and serving as a Service Designer at Public Digital. Natalie has also led content design initiatives at Headway, edited reports for the Integrity Institute, and crafted strategies for the Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator. With a Bachelor of Laws from UCL, Natalie combines legal knowledge with content design skills to enhance user experience and engagement.
