Hana Awed has four years of experience in translation and writing. In 2019, they began working as an Arabic<>English Translator / Writer for the Center For Political and Development studies. CPDS. In 2020, they took on a role as a Freelancer Content / Copy writer for Contently. In 2021, they started working as a Freelancer Arabic<>English Translator for Tomedes Translation Company, where their goal was to deliver expert translation services that make a positive impression. Finally, in 2022, they began working as an Arabic<>English Translator / Writer for Lexicon For Bilingual Services, where they used highly specialized translation software to translate 500 literary, legal, research, technical, scientific, educational, and commercial papers.

Hana Awed obtained their Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the Islamic University of Gaza (IUG) between 2015 and 2019. Hana has also obtained various certifications, such as an English for Career Development certification from Coursera in June 2022, an English for Effective Business Writing certification from Coursera in 2022, a Translation Quality Management certification from Coursera in October 2021, an English Writing Skills certification from Edraak in April 2022, a Freelancing course certification from the Translators' Union in May 2021, a Cat Tools and Translation Techniques course certification from the Arab Translators Association (ArtA) in January 2021, a Translation and Interpreting: Connecting the Dots certification from the Arab Translators Association (ArtA) in October 2020, an International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) certification from the Global Educational Center in January 2020, a Training of Trainers (TOT) certification from the Global Educational Center in November 2019, a Hebrew Language course certification from the Nafha Training, Language and Translation Center in June 2018, an English Language Level course certification from the Institute of Languages and Translation of the Islamic University in June 2017, and a Foreign Media Program course certification from AL Thoryya Training for Media & Communication in September 2015.
