Anaelle Serve has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Anaelle started their career in 2011 as a Conseillère vente at Façonnable. In 2012, they worked as an Attachée Commerciale at Finance Immo. The following year, they served as a Chargée de communication et développement Marketing at Izicap. In 2014, Anaelle worked as a Chef de projet Web at Content Square for a brief period. Anaelle joined Contentsquare in 2016 as a Customer Success Associate and later took on the role of Lead Customer Onboarding Manager in 2018. Since November 2020, Anaelle has been working as a Lead Solution Expert WEUR - Customer Success at Contentsquare.

Anaelle Serve completed their education at various institutions. Anaelle earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Social Sciences from Lycée Simone Veil between 2007 and 2010. Then, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing with a specialization in Marketing, Communication, and Media at EDHEC Business School from 2010 to 2014. In 2015 and 2016, they attended MBA ESG, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on E-business. Anaelle Serve also obtained a ContentSquare Certified certification from ContentSquare in January 2017.
