Head of Tech Talent Acquisition at ContentSquare

Coline Monier has a diverse work experience starting from September 2017 when they worked as a Chargée de missions RH at Junior Consulting IAE Aix-Marseille. In this role, they were responsible for participating in the development and management of the HR department, assisting in external recruitment processes, and contributing to various HR communication projects.

In April 2018, Coline joined Contentsquare as a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist. Coline was in charge of recruitment for the R&D and Product teams, including roles such as Data Engineer, Fullstack Developer, Mobile Developer, Data Scientist, and more. Coline also acted as a business partner for hiring managers, providing regular updates and improving the recruitment process. Coline was involved in recruitment planning, organizing tech events, and managing social media.

Later, they transitioned to the role of Lead Tech Talent Partner at Contentsquare in October 2021, where they played a key role in talent acquisition strategy and execution.

Finally, in December 2022, Coline became the Head of Tech Talent Acquisition at Contentsquare, leading and coaching the Product House talent acquisition team while developing recruitment processes and sourcing strategies to support the company's ambitious growth plans. Coline also collaborated with business leaders, provided visibility through KPIs, and offered consultation on talent acquisition strategies and emerging market trends.

Coline Monier's education history includes multiple degrees and certifications. Coline attended Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management - IAE from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a Msc 2 Management Général degree with a field of study in Management. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, they studied at Université de Bordeaux and earned a Master II Gestion du Patrimoine privé degree, specializing in Law. In 2015 to 2016, they also obtained a Diplôme Fédéral de Juriste du Patrimoine from Fédération Nationale des Juristes du Patrimoine, again in the field of Law. Coline'sundergraduate degree, a Licence de droit, was acquired from Université de Bordeaux in 2013 to 2014, also in Law.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Coline Monier has obtained several certifications. Coline completed an Unconscious Bias certification from LinkedIn in March 2021, as well as a certification in Uncovering Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing from the same platform and month. Coline also obtained a certification in Penser comme un leader from LinkedIn in February 2021.
