Sarah McQuade

Sarah McQuade has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in human resources and organizational development. Sarah is currently working as the VP of Organisational Development & People Effectiveness at Contentsquare since March 2021. Prior to that, they held positions at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) and PeopleDoc as the Director of HR, International from January 2020 to March 2021, and the Director of HR, Europe from March 2019 to January 2020. Before joining UKG, Sarah served as the Sr HRBP EMEA at Uber from April 2015 to February 2019. Sarah also gained experience as the Head of Human Resources at Weve from May 2013 to April 2015, HR Director at Badoo from February 2012 to May 2013, Group HR Director at Forward Internet Group from January 2010 to January 2012, and European People Manager at OpenX from August 2007 to February 2010. Sarah started their career as an HR Manager at Venturecup (McKinsey company) in April 2002, where they worked until September 2006. Throughout their career, Sarah McQuade has developed a strong expertise in HR and people management.

Sarah McQuade has a Master's degree in Coaching and Development from the University of Portsmouth, which they obtained between 2014 and 2017. In 2014 to 2015, they also pursued an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching from The Performance Coach. From 2007 to 2010, Sarah studied Human Resources Management with a postgraduate certification from ICS Learn. Furthermore, they have a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a major in French from the University of Oslo (UiO). Sarah has also received additional certifications, including being a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from Prosci and an MBTI practitioner from The Myers-Briggs Company. It is unknown when exactly Sarah obtained these certifications.
