Cynthia Dubourd has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2003, they worked as a Retail Sales Manager and Marketing Associate at Super Mega Licor, where they developed marketing campaigns, managed the store item database, and provided hardware and software support. Cynthia also trained and coached the sales team.

Cynthia's marketing career began in 2014 when they joined Magency Digital as a Digital Marketing Manager. Cynthia was later promoted to Head of Digital Marketing, where they oversaw marketing operations, demand generation, and performance analysis.

Throughout their career at Contentsquare, Cynthia held various leadership roles, including Head of Global Marketing Campaigns, Head of Demand Generation & Growth, and Director of Growth EMEA. In these positions, they successfully coordinated and launched campaigns across multiple regions and languages, analyzed key metrics, and consolidated enterprise marketing operations processes.

Cynthia's latest role at Contentsquare is Senior Director of Growth Marketing, which they have held since February 2023.

In addition to their work experience, Cynthia has also been an active member of various professional communities, including Women in Revenue, RevGenius, and Les Meufs du Growth.

Cynthia obtained the Contentsquare Certified designation from Contentsquare in May 2021. In July 2017, they achieved the HubSpot Marketing Software Certified and Email Marketing Certified designations from HubSpot. Furthermore, in February 2017, they earned the Inbound Certification from HubSpot as well.
