Elad Pasha

Senior Engineering Program Manager at ContentSquare

Elad Pasha has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Elad started their professional career in 2003 as a Network & Infrastructure Team Leader for the Israel Defense Forces, where they managed and supported 1,000 end-users and was responsible for the unit's IT systems. After completing their military service, Elad worked as a System Administrator at Walla! NEWS, where they acted as the customer support team tech lead and managed 250 end-users.

In 2008, Elad joined RayTech Technologies as an Infrastructure Manager before moving to Guardian Information Systems (Malam Systems) as a SharePoint Systems Team Leader. In this role, they created infrastructure and architecture designs, established SharePoint teams in organizations, and provided training at Microsoft's official SharePoint course.

Elad then transitioned to Bank Leumi as a Global IT Project Manager, where they managed a development team and implemented a Global Portal system. Following this, they worked at Malam Systems as an IT Department Manager, overseeing the management and recruitment of staff, maintaining an R&D environment with 300 virtual servers, and supporting R&D teams and customers.

In 2016, Elad joined Oracle as a Technical Account Manager, engaging with clients and prospects and building relationships with decision-makers. Elad later joined MalamTeam as a Functional Project Manager, where they managed the delivery department and provided consulting for customer solutions.

Currently, Elad is working at Contentsquare as a Senior Engineering Program Manager. In this role, they lead R&D projects and manages the product department's involvement, defining roadmaps and visions for feature development while ensuring technical conception and hypotheses.

Elad Pasha pursued their education at Clark University from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science. Following this, they attended the NYU Tandon School of Engineering from 2009 to 2011, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management.
