Eric Ng

Eric Ng has a diverse work experience in recruitment and data analysis. Eric currently works as a People Data Analyst at Contentsquare, where they analyze people data, maintains databases, and creates visualizations to aid in decision-making. Prior to this, Eric worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at TSA Solutions and Reed Business Information, where they were responsible for recruitment across APAC, EMEA, and US regions. Eric also gained experience as an APAC Recruitment Specialist at ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd and a Recruitment Consultant at Randstad Singapore. Eric began their career as a Specialist Consultant at Evolution Recruitment and an Accounts Executive at thinkBIG Communications Pte Ltd, where they managed projects, conducted analysis, and facilitated digital marketing campaigns.

Eric Ng completed a Bachelor of Business, Marketing (Major) degree from RMIT University from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Management Studies from SIMGE (SIM Global Education) between 2010 and 2011. Additionally, Eric has obtained several certifications, including the Textio Inclusive Recruiting Certification from Textio in November 2022, the IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) designation from the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) in June 2021, The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in May 2020, and the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) from NTUC LearningHub in March 2015.
