Jordi Martínez-Hidalgo Gilabert

Jordi Martínez-Hidalgo Gilabert has a strong background in IT support and helpdesk roles. Jordi currently works as an IT Support Engineer at Contentsquare since 2022. Prior to this, they were employed at Toyota Material Handling España as IT & Helpdesk from 2020 to 2022. Jordi also gained experience as an IT Support Assistant at Talent Search People from 2018 to 2020, where they were responsible for international personnel selection and provided various IT support services. Moreover, they worked as an IT HelpDesk at Northweek in 2018, handling incident resolution, infrastructure administration, and network management. Additionally, they gained relevant experience as an IT Support at consell comarcal del Baix Ebre in 2015, where their responsibilities included computer maintenance, server management, and equipment repairs.

Jordi Martínez-Hidalgo Gilabert pursued their education in the field of Informática. Jordi first attended the school Joan d'Àustria from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Técnico Superior degree in Administración de Sistemas Informáticos y Redes. Prior to that, they studied at IES Ebre from 2013 to 2016, obtaining a Técnico Auxiliar degree in Sistemas Microinformáticos y Redes. In addition to their formal education, Jordi has a certification in Linux Essentials from the Linux Professional Institute.
