Julien B.

Julien B. has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as an IT Support Engineer at Contentsquare, which they began in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Apple for a significant part of their career. Julien started as a Product Specialist in October 2016, where they exceeded expectations in sales and customer service. Julien then moved up to become a Technical Expert, troubleshooting and repairing Apple products. In this role, they provided after-sales expertise to customers over the phone and achieved a high customer satisfaction score. Julien also worked as a Genius at Apple, performing repairs on various products and maintaining a high success rate.

Before working at Apple, Julien was a Bookstore Supervisor at McGill University, where they processed orders and trained new hires. Julien also has experience as a Barista at Van Houtte Coffee Services and as an After School Tutor at Lycee Francais de Chicago.

Julien B. completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from McGill University from 2012 to 2016. Julien pursued a double major in Political Science and German Language and Literature during this time. Prior to attending McGill, Julien attended Lycée Français de Chicago from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained their French Baccalaureate with an International Option: American. Julien achieved honors in English, French, and History/Geography, with a specialty in German Language.

In 2018, they achieved the iOS Service Technician (iOS-18AP) certification, also from Pearson VUE. In 2017, Julien obtained the Apple Service Fundamentals Exam (SVC-17A) certification from Pearson VUE. Julien also holds a certification in Red Cross CPR/AED, which they obtained in February 2016.
