Laure Piednoir

Laure Piednoir has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent position was as a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Contentsquare, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at IWD Retail Software, where they held various roles such as Director of Customer Success, CSM Manager (HQ), Key Account Director, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager. In these roles, they managed client accounts, oversaw projects, and supervised teams. Before joining IWD, Laure worked at Yves Rocher - Dr. Pierre Ricaud as In charge of Direct Marketing Projects, where they designed marketing campaigns and collaborated with creative teams. Laure also worked at IWD as an Assistant Account Manager, handling customer relationship management and communications. Additionally, Laure gained marketing experience as a Marketing Assistant at Robertet Group and sales experience as a Sales Employee at ERES - Groupe CHANEL. Laure has also held roles as an Assistant at Auchan and a Communication Assistant at Sophia Antipolis MicroElectronic.

Laure Piednoir completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communication at Hanyang University from the year 2009 to 2010. Laure then pursued their Master of Science degree in Marketing at IESEG School of Management from 2007 to 2013. Additionally, in April 2023, they obtained the Contentsquare Find & Fix Certification from Contentsquare.
