Marie-Charlotte Partouche

Marie-Charlotte PARTOUCHE began their work experience in 2010 as a trainee front desk receptionist at Mercure Hotels. Marie-Charlotte then worked as a Maître d'hôtel for professional events at Alain Ducasse Entreprise in 2011 before moving on to Hotel des Batignolles as a GM Assistant in 2016. In 2017, they joined Staffmatch France as a Front Desk Staff member and then became the Deputy Director at ESCAPADE PARISIENNE, where they were in charge of consulting, human resources management, and process management for the independent hotels in the group. Marie-Charlotte also worked as an Assistante RH at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts for a short period in 2019. Marie-Charlotte then joined MCA as an International Payroll Assistant until January 2021 when they were promoted to International Payroll Officer. Marie-Charlotte is currently employed at Contentsquare as a Payroll Coordinator as of January 2022.

Marie-Charlotte PARTOUCHE completed their education starting from their early years in Lycée hôtelier de Marseille (Bonneveine) from 2007 to 2010. During this time, they pursued a Baccalauréat technologique section européenne with a field of study in Hôtellerie Restauration. Marie-Charlotte then continued their education in Vatel France, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in international hotel management from 2010 to 2013. Later, they pursued further studies at Vatel France and completed an MBA in international hotel management from 2015 to 2017.
