Melanie Oberman

Melanie Oberman currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Contentsquare, a leading digital experience analytics platform, since January 2024. Prior to this role, Melanie held several key positions at Heap, including Chief People Officer, EVP of People, and VP of People from May 2020 to January 2024, following the company's acquisition by Contentsquare. Melanie's earlier experience includes serving as VP of People at Jetblack, a personal shopping service, and Director of Employee Experience at Greenhouse Software, recognized as one of the best places to work in 2017. Previous roles also include management positions at Deloitte and Booz Allen Hamilton. Melanie holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy Analysis from Duke University.
