Senior Customer Success Manager at ContentSquare

Pierre Mougenot has a rich and diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. In their current role, they serve as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Contentsquare since September 2021.

Before this, they worked at ReachFive from September 2019 to August 2020 as the Head of Customer Success.

Prior to that, they were the Director of Customer Project at Cision France from March 2019 to August 2019.

Moving further back, Pierre held the position of Project Manager at LexisNexis Business Information Solutions - France for an impressive 12 years, from 2007 to 2019.

Before joining LexisNexis, they worked briefly at both Datops and Gaz de France in 2006 as a Chargé d'études et de veille and Consultant for Competitive Intelligence respectively.

Pierre's earlier roles include being a Marketing Assistant at Mercedes-Benz Minibus in 2004 and an Assistant Product Manager at Renault Deutschland AG in 2003.

Pierre Mougenot's education history begins in 2000 when they attended the Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour, where they obtained a DEUG degree in Langues étrangères et littératures, général. From 2002 to 2004, they pursued European Business Studies at Hochschule Landshut, earning a degree in EBS/BWL (Betriebswirtschaft). In 2004, they simultaneously studied at both the École de Guerre Économique, where they completed a Master II in Stratégie d'Intelligence Économique and Management de l'information, and the Université d'Orléans, where they pursued MST CI in Commerce international/commerce.

In terms of certifications, Pierre Mougenot received the Contentsquare Certified and Contentsquare Expert certifié from Contentsquare in September 2021 and October 2021, respectively. Pierre also obtained the Contentsquare Find & Fix Certified from Contentsquare in April 2023. Additionally, they hold a Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt certification and a Prince2 - PRojects IN Controlled Environments certification from APMG-International.
