Rami Talib

Rami Talib has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rami joined Contentsquare in 2022 as a Customer Success Manager. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, they worked at Hiotlabs in the same role.

Before their roles in customer success management, Rami worked at Telenor, starting in 2017. Rami initially served as a Technical Project Manager for Broadband/TV from 2017 to 2018. Rami then transitioned into the role of Team Manager - MDU Delivery from 2018 to 2021, overseeing a team of 10 project managers.

In 2016, they briefly held the position of Projektledare at Vattenfall Services Nordic AB. Earlier in their career, Rami worked at Telenor from 2014 to 2016 as a Material Planning and Forecasting specialist. Rami was responsible for planning materials, purchasing products and services, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Rami'searliest work experience was at IKEA Group, where they worked as a Kitchen Planner from 2011 to 2015. In this role, Rami designed and planned kitchen projects for both individuals and businesses, ensuring customer satisfaction through need-analysis and close collaboration.

Rami Talib's education history begins in 2005 when they attended Internationella Engelska Gymnasiet and obtained a Gymnasieexamen degree in Naturvetenskap in 2008. In 2009, Rami enrolled at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical engineering/ Industrial economy and production, graduating in 2013. During their time at KTH, Rami also participated in an exchange program at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) in 2012, where they focused on European Project Semester. In 2021, Rami attended Södertörn University and studied Digital fotografi och bildbehandling, specializing in Fotografi.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Rami has obtained several certifications. They are Contentsquare Certified, having completed certifications from Contentsquare in both November and December 2022. They have also achieved the title of Contentsquare Certified Expert. Rami has acquired various agile certifications from LinkedIn, including Agile at Work: Getting Better with Agile Retrospectives, Agile at Work: Planning with Agile User Stories, Agile at Work: Reporting with Agile Charts and Boards, Stay Lean with Kanban, Scrum: Advanced, Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team, Scrum: The Basics, and Characteristics of a Great Scrum Master. They obtained these certifications between September 2020 and April 2021.
