Romain Bouic has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Romain started their career in 2009 at innocent drinks, where they worked as a Commercial Out-of-Home representative and focused on developing volumes and visibility for the brand. In 2010, Romain joined Unilever as a Customer Marketing Manager Assistant, where they gained experience in customer marketing strategies.

Romain later worked at Synchronism in 2011 as an Online Marketing Project Manager Assistant, and at Pakata from 2012 to 2014 as the Founder & Product Manager of a community website. At Pakata, they co-founded the start-up, managed the product, prioritized features, and led a team of 5 people. Romain also handled traffic acquisition, conversion, user retention, and prospecting for partnerships.

In 2014, Romain briefly worked at Kiwup as a Growth Marketer before joining Wamigo in 2015 as a Product Manager. At Wamigo, they focused on product management responsibilities.
