Jan-Pieter Vredeveld

Jan-Pieter Vredeveld is a skilled production manager and process controller at Contest Yachts since December 2022, contributing to the development of a 72ft sailing yacht. Prior to this role, Jan-Pieter served as a naval architect at Enkhuizensloep from September 2021 to December 2022. Jan-Pieter has extensive experience at Contest Yachts, having held multiple positions including head of composite production and in-house naval architect, as well as manager of engineering and development from 2010 to September 2021. Before that, Jan-Pieter worked as the main engineer at Contest Yachts Holland from 2002 to January 2010, focusing on high-quality semi-custom sailing yachts ranging from 45 to 72 feet. Jan-Pieter holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Shipbuilding from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, earned between 1997 and 2002.
