Joy Hanawa

As Director of Technology, Joy Hanawa brings over 20 years of technology innovation experience in finance and SaaS software development to Context Business Lending. Joy is responsible for creating and managing CBL’s data analytics, providing insights to the Company to guide decision-making processes and strategies. She also responsible for the automation of CBL’s business processes and the integration of CBL’s systems and technology.

Joy holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from National University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Rhode Island.

Joy has a keen interest in mentoring other women in STEM careers and has been a panelist and guest speaker at the Women in Technology conference and has been nominated for Top Tech Awards in San Diego.
