Jason Richardson

Jason Richardson serves as the Value Stream Manager at Continental Aerospace Technologies™ since April 2021, bringing extensive experience in various leadership roles within the company and the aerospace industry. Prior to this position, Jason held the title of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems-Admin at JLL, focusing on procurement and store management from July 2020 to April 2021. Jason also served as the Lead Business Unit Leader at Continental Aerospace Technologies™ and the Business Unit Leader at Continental Motors, Inc., showcasing a strong background in business leadership. Previous roles include Production Lead at Intralox and Quality Assurance Manager with the United States Marine Forces Reserve, demonstrating a broad skill set in operations and quality assurance. Jason is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Alabama.
