Phillip Shaw possesses extensive experience in the manufacturing and management sectors, with a career spanning over two decades. Since August 2003, Phillip has held various positions at JELD-WEN, Inc., including Value Stream Manager, Group Manager, Team Supervisor, Bench Joiner, and Production Operative. Prior to this, Phillip served as a Warehouse Supervisor at Netherthorpe Dairies from July 2002 to August 2003. Phillip's educational background includes a City & Guild degree in Carpentry and Joinery from Castle College, attained between 2006 and 2009, and foundational education at Westfield Comprehensive from 1996 to 2001.
