Rachael Lewis

Rachael Lewis has extensive work experience in various roles related to software engineering and project management. Rachael is currently working at Continental Engineering Services as the Interior Segment Head since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Software Engineering Manager from August 2021 to February 2022, and Project Manager from February 2018 to August 2021. Before joining Continental Engineering Services, Rachael worked at Par-Tech Incorporated as a Senior Software Engineer for nearly 18 years, where they were involved in the full software development life cycle of automotive diagnostic tools, end-of-line test applications, and telematics products. Rachael also had expertise in technical sales, project management, leadership of software development teams, and customer liaison. Rachael's earlier experiences include working as a Software Development Manager at Lakeside Software from 1998 to 2000, a Software Engineer at FANUC Robotics America from 1997 to 1998, and a Software Engineer at Cubix / ComSolv from 1994 to 1997.

Rachael Lewis earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan-Flint, completing their studies from 1990 to 1994.
