Radu Hentiu

Radu Hentiu is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management and mechanical design. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Continental Engineering Services since April 2023, Radu leads an international project team, ensuring solutions align with customer requirements. Previously, as Head of R&D at Webasto Group, Radu established and guided the R&D team in Arad, focusing on KPI implementation and evaluation. At MAHLE, Radu built and managed a mechanical design team for industrial dedusting equipment and facilitated workshop setups and relocations. Earlier roles include Senior Mechanical Designer at Siemens VDO, Mechanical Design Engineer at Roschiwal+Partner, and at DRÄXLMAIER Group, contributing to automotive innovations. Radu holds a PhD in Automotive Engineering and multiple degrees in Mechanical Engineering.
