Mike Gleason is an experienced sales professional with a focus in the hydraulics and fluid power industry. As Regional Sales Manager at Continental Hydraulics, Inc. and Hydreco, Inc. since August 2022, Mike has built upon a solid foundation established through previous roles at Dynex/Rivett Inc. and Voith Turbo. Mike’s career includes significant experience as a Sales Engineer at Ritter Technology LLC and as a Sales Application Engineer at Fluid System Components Inc. Mike holds an Associate's degree in Hydraulics and Fluid Power Technology from Chippewa Valley Technical College, earned between 1990 and 1992.
