Tricia Cunningham

Tricia Cunningham is an experienced professional in billing systems and tenant leasing, currently working as a contractor since June 2020, focusing on Yardi Recovery billing setup. Notably, Tricia has been contributing to Continental Lease Advisors since May 2021, handling tenant lease entries and training on Yardi. Prior experience includes independent contracting at One11 Advisors (March 2020 - December 2022), where Tricia created process flows and trained recovery teams on Yardi functionalities. Tricia also spent over three decades at CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., rising through various roles, including Vice President of Operation Business Systems, overseeing significant tenant billing processes and leading a team of 13 with additional support from 80 personnel. Tricia holds an MBA in Project Management from Liberty University and a B.S. in Music Education from Tennessee Temple University.
