Rob Dilworth

Rob Dilworth is the current CFO/SVP of Finance, Accounting & Information Services at Continental Mills. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Finance at Starbucks from July 2006 to August 2018. In this role, they oversaw the financial operations for Global Channel Development, Global Store Development, and Digital Ventures & Teavana. From 2010 to 2012, they served as Vice President of Finance, Strategy & Business Development for Seattle's Best Coffee. Prior to Starbucks, Dilworth worked as an investment banker for Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. from 1999 to 2006. Rob began their career as an articled clerk at Smith Lyons in 1995.
