Hilary Hamm

Hilary Hamm has accumulated a diverse range of work experience over the years. Hilary most recently held the position of Director, Federal Affairs & Corporate Sustainability at Continental Resources starting from April 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Manager, Partnerships at Concordia from September 2021 to March 2022. Hilary also worked as a Graduate Consultant at Citi in 2020, a Coordinated Field Organizer at the Colorado Democratic Party in 2020, and a Graduate Policy Fellow at the Office of the New York City Public Advocate in 2019. Additionally, Hilary was a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Columbia | SIPA in 2019. Hilary began their career at Concordia in various roles, including Partnership Development Associate and Social Impact Coordinator from 2016 to 2018, and as a Programming and Research Intern in 2015. Hilary also gained experience as an Intern at Continental Resources in 2015 and as a Summer Training Intern at HealthCorps in 2013.

Hilary Hamm attended Casady High School and completed their Bachelor's Degree in Geography with a double minor in French and International Studies at Dartmouth College. Hilary then pursued a Master of Public Policy and Administration in Urban Social Policy and Management at Columbia | SIPA.
