Amanda Brink, M.A. has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of talent acquisition, recruiting, and project coordination. Amanda is currently working as the Director of Talent Acquisition - Branding & Mobility at Continental: Dining • Refreshment Services • Events, where they oversee a team and is responsible for onboarding throughout mergers and acquisitions. Amanda has also developed a talent branding program and implemented new systems for applicant tracking and shared staffing. Prior to this role, Amanda worked as a Recruiting Manager at Continental and was responsible for overseeing a team of recruiters and a shared staffing specialist.

Before joining Continental, Amanda worked at Allegis Global Solutions as a Senior Recruiting Coordinator and later transitioned into a Talent Acquisition role. Amanda has previous experience as an Operations Project Coordinator at MetLife and as an Operations Analyst at CA Technologies.

Amanda has also worked in research and project management roles at Qualigence, where they managed relationships with clients and supervised a research team. Additionally, they have experience as a Teaching Assistant at Western Michigan University, where they taught communication courses, and as a Research Assistant, where they assisted on a documentary project.

Earlier in their career, Amanda held positions as a Client Experience Representative at Athletic Republic, a Public Relations Intern at Fathead, and a Marketing Communications Intern at Quicken Loans.

Throughout their career, Amanda has demonstrated a strong ability to manage teams, implement new systems, and drive talent acquisition initiatives. Amanda'sextensive experience in various industries has given their a well-rounded skill set and a proven track record of success.

Amanda Brink, M.A. attended Lutheran High School North from 2000 to 2004. Amanda then attended Western Michigan University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication. Following that, Amanda pursued further education at Western Michigan University from 2009 to 2011, earning a Master's degree in Risk & Crisis Communication.
