Haresh M Shirvadekar

Haresh M Shirvadekar currently serves as the Head of Supply Chain Management at Continental since September 2022, having previously held leadership roles in supply chain solutions and global supply chain management for various business units. Prior to Continental, Haresh spent nearly 15 years at Cummins Inc., where roles included Global Supply Chain Leader for Planning & Inventory Management and Director of Operations at the Memphis Parts Distribution Center. Experience also includes significant positions at Cummins India Limited, Nokia, Marico Limited, Dabur India Limited, and Aker Solutions, covering operations, logistics, and production planning. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, a Master of Management Studies from Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering.
