Destini Barrett

Destini (Carsen) Barrett has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

Starting in 2011, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Apricot Lane Boutique, where they handled social media management, assisted with product ordering and pricing, and updated financial records.

In 2013, they joined Ultimate Software as a Payment Services-Data Entry Temp, responsible for updating company Unemployment Tax Rates and assisting other departments.

From 2014 to 2015, they served as an Office Administrator at Cloud Sherpas, supporting the entire office and managing administrative tasks using Google Apps.

In 2015, they joined Compass Marketing & Consulting LLC, first as a First Impressions and Event Specialist, overseeing events and acting as a host to agency guests, and later as a Media Strategist, handling media placement and compliance for clients.

Starting in 2017, they worked at Contino, where they held various roles including Office Manager, PeopleOps Coordinator, Human Resources Manager, and Director of People & Development. In these roles, they managed employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance management, implemented initiatives for employee engagement and well-being, and recommended policies and procedures for continuous improvement.

Currently, they are the Talent Services Director at Avertium, a company specializing in cybersecurity solutions. Destini'srole involves utilizing human expertise, technology, and threat intelligence to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity approaches for mid-market and enterprise-level organizations.

Destini Barrett's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Montana, obtained between 2008 and 2012.
