Rosh Plaha

Rosh Plaha has a varied and extensive work experience. Starting in 2011 as a Technology & Marketing Summer Intern at SAS, they later worked as an Asset Management Summer Intern at HSBC in 2012. Following this, Rosh joined HSBC again in 2013 as an Analyst in Fixed Income Trade Derivatives Processing. They then worked as a Developer in Research IT and as a Java/Oracle Developer in HSBC HSS (HSBC Security Services - Custody).

In 2014, Rosh started working at PA Consulting Group as a Consulting Analyst Developer, specializing in big data lead Java development. They also worked on a website-based data visualization network tool using d3 and presented it to Global heads of HSS.

Rosh continued at PA Consulting from 2018 to 2022, growing into the role of Principal Consultant (Technical Senior Manager). They led technical programs for teams of varying sizes and worked with organizations in finance, retail, and transport to build engaging products. Rosh also established high-performing teams and had expertise in Serverless hosted and Kubernetes architectures.

Currently, Rosh is working at Contino as a Technical Pre-Sales Lead - Customer Success. They collaborate with sales, delivery, and marketing teams to sell solutions that drive digital transformation for customers across various domains, including Data, Engineering, Security, FinOps, and Operating Model. They contribute to the sales revenue and focus on aligning with customer strategic objectives.

Rosh Plaha obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Honours) degree in IT and Management from UCL between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they attended Chislehurst and Sidcup Grammar School from 2007 to 2009, where they studied IT, Physics, English Literature, and Product Design. Rosh Plaha also holds several additional certifications, including Stripe Certified Professional Implementation Architect, obtained in June 2022, and Amazon Web Services DevOps Engineer - Professional, obtained in November 2019. They also obtained the AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification in April 2019 and completed a course on The Internet of Things from FutureLearn, although the specific dates for the latter are not provided.
