Giselle Roda (Gi)

Giselle "Gi" Roda has served as the Regional Director at Conviva Care Center since December 2017, overseeing daily operations of six centers and managing numerous direct and indirect reports, including the Referrals Department. Roda is responsible for implementing programs that enhance revenue, supervising training initiatives for medical staff, and leading special projects related to dual identification and eligibility. Previously, Roda held multiple roles within the organization, including Operations Manager, focusing on referral teams, provider network management, and clinic operational efficiencies. Roda also worked as a Strategic Consultant for Conviva Physicians Group, analyzing financial data and optimizing resource utilization. Roda holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Florida International University.
