James Lekvin

James Lekvin is an experienced process manager and development professional with a diverse background in organizational improvement and institutional giving. Since March 2018, James has served as a Process Manager at Conviva Care Solutions, following a role at Humana from January 2017 to February 2018, where James was recognized with the Humana STAR Award for impactful contributions to member and patient experiences. Prior experience includes leadership positions in fundraising at Minnesota Children's Museum, Southern Theater, and The Children's Theatre Company, where James successfully managed portfolios of donors and generated significant revenue.
