Chedelie Montis, RHIT, CCA, is a seasoned medical reviewer and coder with extensive experience at Conviva Care Solutions since October 2015. In an earlier position at Convergys from February 2013 to May 2014, Chedelie excelled as a retention specialist and demonstrated strong customer service skills by managing a high volume of calls and effectively categorizing customer leads. Chedelie holds an Associate’s Degree in Health Information/Medical Records Technology from Broward College, completed between 2014 and 2016, and also attended Atlantic Technical College from 2014 to 2015.
