Logan L

Logan L. has been working in the engineering field since 2013. Logan began their career as Ground Crew at SoaringNV. In 2018, they took on the role of Distribution Design Intern at NV Energy, where they were responsible for performing voltage flicker/drop calculations, modifying and coordinating the protection system on the distribution side of transmissions, and carrying out a study to update the load and power factors for various facilities. In 2019, Logan began working for both Continuous Composites and North Sails. At Continuous Composites, they were a Software Engineer and a Controls Engineer, where they used C# to develop an application that enabled users to interact with Fanuc robot controllers and programmed Fanuc robots using Karel programming language. At North Sails, Logan was an Elec Controls & Automation Engineer, where they programmed Siemens devices in the Step 7 Tia Portal environment using both Ladder and SCL, and created both UWP and WPF applications.

Logan L. attended Douglas High School from 2011 to 2015 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2019. In 2018, Logan obtained an Engineer In Training certification from NCEES. In 2017, Logan obtained an Avalanche Level 1 certification. In 2013, Logan obtained a Student Glider Pilot certification.
