Jeff Austin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeff started their career in 1997 as the owner of Austin Irrigation, a company that specialized in irrigation services. In 2000, they joined Rain Bird as an Operations Manager. From 2001 to 2004, Jeff worked at APAC Customer Services, holding positions in Call Center Operations & Support Management and Operations Management. Jeff then moved to eFour Professional Services in 2004 as a Call Center Manager, where they managed various projects and contributed to the turnaround of ABSA Bank's Brokers Contact Center. In 2007, Jeff became the Managing Director of Siyandza Skills Development, a South African training provider. Jeff held this role until 2014 when they joined Expert Global Solutions as a Site Director. Afterward, they worked as a Site Director at The Connection Contact Center from 2016 to 2018. Jeff's most recent role is as the Vice President of Operations at Continuum Global Solutions, starting in March 2020.
Jeff Austin attended Montana State University-Bozeman from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Literature. Their field of study during their time at the university was Business Management.
