Ariel Screnci

Ariel Screnci has a diverse range of work experience. They started their career as a Body Image Coordinator for Tri Delta, where they promoted a positive and healthy mindset among chapter members. They also coordinated workshops for team building and published a weekly newsletter focused on a healthier lifestyle.

Ariel then worked as a Volunteer at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC, participating in the planning and hosting of philanthropy events benefiting the hospital.

Following that, Ariel held the role of a Bikram Yoga Instructor and Front Desk Receptionist at Hot Yoga Downtown and Lala Hot Yoga. They taught and led diverse populations through yoga classes, managed the opening and closing procedures of the studio, and built positive relationships with clients.

In 2018, Ariel joined Collabera Inc. as an Associate Account Manager (Recruiter). They were responsible for recruiting candidates for Fortune 500 companies, conducting interviews, negotiating rates, and managing the hiring process. They also developed and maintained relationships with clients and consultants.

From 2019 to 2021, Ariel worked at 4 Corner Resources as a Technical Recruiter and later as a Senior Technical Recruiter. They played a crucial role in the company's mission to be Florida's premier IT staffing firm.

Currently, Ariel is working at ContinuumCloud as a Senior Specialist in the People and Culture department.

Ariel Screnci obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In 2019, Ariel also obtained an IT Training certification from Collabera Inc. No specific month was provided for when the certification was obtained.
