Evelyne Hemelaar

Evelyne Hemelaar has extensive experience in social work and community support, currently serving as a Welzijn op recept and sociaal werk specialist at ContourdeTwern since May 2013, focusing on elderly care through alternative psychosocial interventions. Previous roles include positions as a sociaal makelaar, coördinator ontmoetingskamer, and trajectbegeleider, along with volunteer coordination in informal care support. Prior to ContourdeTwern, Evelyne worked as a trajectbegeleider at Thebe and held various positions in reintegration and case management across organizations such as Fourstar Group, Diamant-groep, and Reclassering Nederland. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from Avans University of Applied Sciences and further training in coaching and family care.
