Kenneth Loo

Kenneth Loo is a seasoned Fire Captain at Contra Costa County Fire Protection District since January 2002, with expertise as a FEMA Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) member, hazardous materials specialist, and swiftwater rescue technician. Kenneth also serves as a Health & Safety Consultant at Ouch! since 2004, instructing various life support and hazardous materials courses while providing consultancy in emergency preparedness and child safety. Previous experience includes roles as a First Aid Instructor at UC Davis and a Health & Safety Instructor with the American Red Cross, where multiple instructor certifications were obtained. Kenneth holds a Master's degree in Emergency Service Administration from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Davis.
