Lara Delaney

Lara DeLaney has been working at Contra Costa County since October 1998, where Lara currently holds the position of Senior Deputy County Administrator and Director of the Office of Reentry and Justice. Lara previously served as a City Council Member at the City of Martinez from November 2002 to December 2022 and as a Senior Regional Planner at the San Joaquin Council of Governments from September 1993 to October 1998. Lara holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
