Kathy has held various accounting and management positions in companies such as Contra Costa Water District, Bishop-Wisecarver, Brown and Caldwell, ICF Kaiser Engineers, and Deloitte & Touche throughout their career. Kathy retired as a Senior Accountant at Contra Costa Water District.
