Wojciech Zawistowski

Wojciech Zawistowski is currently the Director of Engineering at Contractbook. Prior to this, they were a software engineer at DAZN from December 2017 to November 2018. There, they took on the role of an informal, interim Scrum Master for a newly forming team. Wojciech oversaw the project hand-over from the UK to PL and grew the team from 2 to 9 members. Wojciech also guided the team during the introduction of TDD to a codebase without tests and cut the cycle time by over 30% by championing better feature splitting and tighter teamwork.

Before DAZN, Wojciech was with eSky.pl S.A. from October 2010 to September 2017 as Angular.js Tech Lead. Wojciech architected a mission-critical Angular 1.5 app (over 300 components, 5k unit tests, Flux) and mentored 15 developers with no prior Angular experience.

Wojciech's previous positions include Team Lead / Web Developer at SPIL GAMES from May 2006 to September 2010 and Web Developer at TaxNet from June 2001 to April 2006.

Wojciech Zawistowski has a MSc in Computer Science from The Silesian University of Technology and is certified from the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Master.
