Sheetal Deshmukh

Sheetal Deshmukh has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sheetal is currently working at ContractPodAi as an Associate Director of Human Resources since January 2022. In this role, they are responsible for recruitment, HR operations, organizational growth, and strategic HR initiatives.

Before joining ContractPodAi, Sheetal worked at Edelweiss Financial Services as a Manager - HR Business Partner from February 2018 to October 2019. Their responsibilities included strategic HR initiatives such as retention, performance management, career progression plans, and compensation and incentives.

Prior to that, Sheetal worked at YES BANK as a Manager - Human Capital Management from February 2017 to February 2018. Their role focused on campus recruitment, employer branding, and attracting top talent from B-schools.

Sheetal gained early experience as a Human Resources Intern at DBS Bank and Tata Capital in 2016, where they gained valuable insights into HR processes. Sheetal also worked as a Corporate Trainer - Soft Skills at Syntel from October 2011 to December 2013.

Sheetal Deshmukh completed their ICSE from St Joseph's Convent, Panchgani in 2004. Sheetal then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Shivaji University from 2006 to 2011. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Welingkar Institute of Management between 2015 and 2017. Sheetal also holds additional certifications, including SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM India, BEI Training from Seven People Systems, Certified Rewards Professional Program from Aon Hewitt :: AHLC, and IBM Mainframe from IBM.
