Michelle Santana

Michelle Santana, MSEd, currently serves as a participant in the 2022-2023 Coro Leadership New York program at the Coro New York Leadership Center, engaging in a rigorous leadership development initiative for mid-career professionals. With a longstanding tenure at Fordham University as the Assistant Director of the Collegiate Science and Technology Entry Program (CSTEP) and the Science and Technology Entry Program (STEP), Michelle coordinates comprehensive enrichment programs for middle and high school students and supervises extensive support staff. Previous roles include counseling internships at Manhattan Center for Science and Mathematics High School and I.S. 254, as well as educational outreach experience with City Year and a research assistantship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Michelle earned a Master’s Degree in Bilingual School Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Biology from Fordham University.
