Vinit Cchandran

Vinit CChandran has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Senior Client Success Associate at WTW in 2011 and worked there until 2016. They then joined Prudential plc as a Pension Technician - Operations from 2016 to 2017. Following that, they worked at GEP Worldwide as an Analyst - TSO - Customer Experience from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they co-founded PBW Staffing Services and served as a Co-Founder for a few months. Later in 2018, they joined Zycus as a Consultant until 2020 and then transitioned to the role of Associate Technical Account Manager until 2021. In 2021, they joined ContractPodAi as a Customer Success Manager and continued in that role until mid-2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at ContractPodAi.

Vinit CChandran completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Welingkar Institute of Management from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Somaiya Vidyavihar University, which they pursued from 2010 to 2013. Apart from their formal education, Vinit also obtained additional certifications in Key Account Management and Sales: Customer Success from LinkedIn in 2021.
